Biography
1947 Born in Niigata
1974-75 Studied in Korea
1975 Became an apprentice of Kyusetsu Miwa, the living national treasure
1979-85 Taught Ceramics as a visiting instructor at New Jersey State Center for Arts and Education
Since 1986 Sakazume has been in numerous museums and galleries throughout Japan and Tokyo.
