- SHIPPING TIME FRAMES AND TERMS
For all shipments from our store and from Ippodo Gallery, we will pack and arrange for shipment with the selected couriers within 2-3 business days of the purchase. Tracking number will be provided for all clients and Ippodo Gallery team members comply with making sure each piece is delivered correctly and promptly to the client
Ippodo galley is not responsible for any additional fees as it comes to address change after the piece has already been shipped. We may independently invoice the client for such charges.
Due to the current COVID – 19 pandemic, the shipment may be delayed. If this is the case, we will directly contact the client. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand.
2. RETURN PROCESSING
Ippodo Gallery does not currently accept returns for artwork that has been shipped and arranged.
If the art piece has arrived damaged, please contact our team and we will submit a claim with the courier. We require documentation of the piece in the state that it has arrived including images of the shipment box, packing material, and detailed images of the damage. Inability to comply to these requirements will result in a longer process for a return/claim or a denial of a return. If the piece arrived different to the terms in which it was described on our website, we will accept a return of the piece and refund for the piece itself only. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs.

4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Ippodo Gallery New York’s products are exactly as they are pictured in the provided photos. Each piece is handmade, handcrafted by our artists and some differences in color, texture, and material may occur. However, Ippodo Gallery does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. Our team is small and we are working to update everything as fast as we can to the best of our ability. If a product you received from Ippodo Gallery is not as described, please email us for more information.
5. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
We do not warrant that that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time, we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time without notice to you.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Ippodo Gallery assumes no liability, whether in contract or tort, for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) damages for loss of anticipated profits or revenue or other economic loss in connection with or arising from any act or omission by Ippodo Gallery as a result of any act or omission in fulfillment of or in breach of these terms or the privacy policy.
6. DISPUTE CLAUSE
Any dispute relating to any activity on Ippodo Gallery or the purchase of any Ippodo Gallery artwork shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York, USA, unless you have in some way threatened or violated Ippodo Gallery’s intellectual property rights, whereby Ippodo Gallery may seek an injunctive.
